Fountain City Eyecare has moved to Halls effective November 29th, 2010.
Our name has also changed to Volunteer Eyecare (North – Halls). The new location was previously Condry Eye Center and has better parking and more space to grow. The new address is 6719 Maynardville Pike, Knoxville TN 37918. We also have two phone numbers: 689-3333 or 922-3937.

Driving Direction from Fountain City:
Continue on North Broadway toward Halls. Broadway changes to Maynardville Pike at the top of Black Oak Hill. You will see a sign on the right side that reads Halls Crossroads. Continue down the hill toward Halls and begin looking for Domino’s Pizza or Amber Restaurant on the left side. Turn left at the intersection @ Fountain Valley Drive or carefully make a u-turn. Once you are turned around traveling toward Fountain City our entrance is the second entrance on the right just past Krystal.

Driving Directions from Maynardville (Hwy 33) or Norris Freeway (US 441):
Travel south on Maynardville Pike toward Fountain City we are the second entrance on the right after the intersection at Fountain Valley Drive. Just before Fountain Valley Drive on the right is First Tennessee Bank and after Fountain Valley Drive is Krystal.
