Dr. Steven Elliott
Optometric Physician Steven D. Elliott earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1996, and his doctorate from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis in 2002. Dr. Elliott completed externship rotations at the James H. Quillen Veterans Administration Hospital in Johnson City, as well as with a private practice in Athens, Tennessee.
A native of Anderson County, Dr. Elliott has been in private practice in Anderson County since 2002 and Knox County since 2004.
Dr. Elliott practices primary eye care, including routine examinations, glasses and contact lens fitting, refractive surgery/laser vision correction consultations, surgical pre- and post-operative care, and the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases and injuries, including infections, diabetic eye monitoring and glaucoma care.
Dr. Elliott is a member of the American Optometric Association, Tennessee Association of Optometric Physicians and East Tennessee Society of Optometric Physicians.
Dr. Elliott is married and has two children. He also enjoys fly fishing and big orange football.
Dr. Christopher C. Mallard
Optometric Physician Christopher C. Mallard earned his undergraduate degree from Freed-Hardeman College in 2005 and his doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL in 2010. He completed externship rotations at Clayton Eye Center in Atlanta, GA and at Aker-Kasten Eye Center in Boca Raton, FL. From 2010 to 2011, he pursued and received residency training in primary eye care at the Memphis VA Medical Center.
Dr. Mallard practices primary eye care, including routine examinations, glasses and contact lens fitting, refractive surgery/laser vision correction consultations, surgical pre and post-operative care, and the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases and injuries, including infections, diabetic eye monitoring, and glaucoma care.
Dr. Mallard is a member of the American Optometric Association, Tennessee Association of Optometric Physicians and East Tennessee Society of Optometric Physicians.
Dr. Mallard is married. He also enjoys playing golf, physical fitness and UT football.
